Objective: Ensure the stability and proper functioning of systems in production, optimizing processes and maintaining efficient communication with the team and customers.

Support Analyst for MES System

Responsibilities: Technical support for the MES system, using PHP and Oracle database.

Objective: Ensure the continuous and efficient functioning of the manufacturing execution system, resolving incidents and maintaining data integrity.

Scrum Master

Responsibilities: Planning demands, daily monitoring of deliveries, resolving impediments, using DevOps practices, creating and presenting reports to the client.

Objective: Facilitate the execution of sprints, removing blockages and ensuring that deliveries meet customer requirements within established deadlines.
