RAFAILIA STERGAKI

As a Division 1 student-athlete with a passion for basketball since age 5, I have developed a strong foundation of teamwork, discipline, and leadership both on and off the court. After earning my Business Economics degree from Santa Clara University in just three years, I am now pursuing an MBA in Management Information Systems (M.I.S.) at Delta State University, where I balance the demands of being a Graduate Assistant and a student-athlete. This dual role provides a unique opportunity to integrate advanced academic learning with practical, real-world experience while maintaining the discipline and commitment required as an athlete. Through this balance, I have developed strong time management and organizational skills, honed my leadership abilities, and cultivated analytical thinking to navigate complex challenges effectively. Bilingual and adaptable, I thrive in dynamic environments and am eager to bring my determination, work ethic, and collaborative spirit to impactful teams and projects.
