- Advised and guided a team of inexperienced but talented Project Managers in project submission, purchase, and credit application, vendor approvals, and paper processes involved to start and run projects.
- Provided field Supervision and acted in General Super’s capacity as necessary to accomplish the project correctly and profitably.
- Coordinated, negotiated, and supervised the relocation of private utilities (Con Edison, ECS, Verizon, Charter, National Grid, etc.) such as gas, steam, electric and communication facilities that were interfering with the installation of city utilities.
- Completed numerous reconstruction Capital Projects for NYCDDC, NYCEDC & MTA. Most contracts included water mains, sewers, basins, curbs, sidewalks, road bases, pavement, street lights, traffic, and plantings.
- Coordinated with subcontractors for electrical, plantings, paving, cathodic protection, asbestos remediation, and various other specialty contractors.
