  Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-scale web applications supporting global Clinical Trial IRT/RTSM platforms.   Key Responsibilities
  Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale web applications using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, React Hook Form, Material UI, Styled Components, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  Build reusable, configurable, and scalable UI components using Storybook, improving consistency, maintainability, and development efficiency across multiple product modules.
  Design and implement complex business workflows involving configurable forms, multi-step validation, dynamic rendering, role-based permissions, notification frameworks, workflow automation, and enterprise configuration screens.
  Develop highly interactive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces that provide consistent user experiences across modern browsers and devices while following accessibility standards and frontend best practices.
  Architect reusable frontend solutions that reduce duplicate implementations and promote long-term scalability across enterprise applications.
  Collaborate with backend engineering teams to integrate frontend applications with REST APIs, SignalR, authentication services, and Azure-hosted .NET microservices, ensuring reliable communication and real-time application updates.
  Implement robust state management using Redux Toolkit, custom React Hooks, Context API, and modern React design patterns to simplify complex business logic.
  Develop enterprise-grade form workflows using React Hook Form, including dynamic validations, conditional rendering, nested forms, configurable business rules, and optimized user experiences.
  Optimize application performance through component refactoring, lazy loading, memoization, efficient rendering strategies, and reusable architecture to improve maintainability and responsiveness.
  Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues by performing root cause analysis, debugging frontend and backend integrations, and implementing reliable long-term solutions.
  Collaborate closely with Product Management, UX Designers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and Architects to transform complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to frontend design decisions focused on scalability, maintainability, extensibility, and engineering best practices.
  Conduct detailed code reviews, enforce coding standards, and provide constructive technical feedback to improve software quality across the engineering team.
  Mentor junior and mid-level developers by sharing frontend best practices, reviewing implementations, assisting with debugging, and promoting maintainable software design.
  Build reusable frontend patterns and shared utilities that improve developer productivity and reduce implementation effort across multiple teams.
  Manage GitHub workflows including feature development, pull requests, merge conflict resolution, release branches, hotfix deployments, cherry-picks, and production support activities.
  Support multiple software releases by coordinating deployments, validating production fixes, and collaborating with QA teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  Write clean, modular, maintainable, and well-documented code following enterprise engineering standards and modern frontend development principles.
  Partner with QA teams to improve application quality through unit testing, integration testing support, defect analysis, and validation of complex business workflows.
  Continuously improve frontend engineering processes by identifying opportunities for refactoring, simplifying implementations, increasing code reuse, and improving overall developer experience.
  Leverage GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted software development techniques to accelerate feature implementation, code refactoring, debugging, documentation, unit testing, and overall engineering productivity while ensuring high-quality, maintainable solutions.
