Part of the re-branding of the First of the new Signia by Hilton brand and drove thru the renovation journey which changed the luxury and leisure sales landscape.
Responsible for reorganizing the Leisure Sales Department and Sales team through development, execution of tactical marketing & sales budgetary travel expenses to achieve optimal return.
Execution of strategic sales plans targeting all leisure Transient segments; Consortia, Wholesale, Entertainment, Delegations, Local volume and Corporate Negotiated accounts.
Directly responsible for Consortia accounts; American Express FHR, Centurion, Virtuoso, Signature, Travel Leaders Select (Ex: onboarded new partnerships; Inspirato, Emirates, Founders Card and The Hotel Collection).
