  • In 2024 Embarked on Waldorf Astoria Orlando property-wide reimagined and comprehensive enhancements that included a floor-to-ceiling transformation, to newly refined haven of luxury.
  • Part of the re-branding of the First of the new Signia by Hilton brand and drove thru the renovation journey which changed the luxury and leisure sales landscape.
  • Responsible for reorganizing the Leisure Sales Department and Sales team through development, execution of tactical marketing & sales budgetary travel expenses to achieve optimal return.
  • Execution of strategic sales plans targeting all leisure Transient segments; Consortia, Wholesale, Entertainment, Delegations, Local volume and Corporate Negotiated accounts.
  • Directly responsible for Consortia accounts; American Express FHR, Centurion, Virtuoso, Signature, Travel Leaders Select (Ex: onboarded new partnerships; Inspirato, Emirates, Founders Card and The Hotel Collection).
  • Wholesale/FIT: Contractual partnerships with top accounts based on allotment/rate parity programs: British Airways, Hotelbeds, Walt Disney Travel Company, TBO Holidays and Costco along with Hilton's 2nd Tier Dynamic Accounts.
  • Increase Leisure sales distribution through effective solicitation, travel positioning presence in major key markets via tradeshows, sales missions, FAM visits.
  • Synergize and augment best practices with Director of Global Luxury Sales teams; both Domestic & International with desirable relationships.
  • Presented in Hilton Executive Commercial Owners meetings: accelerated consortia presentation and involvement on top level content with re-positioning Waldorf Astoria Orlando.
  • Collaborative monthly meetings on reporting and intel with Revenue team to determine strategies based on hotel and market outcome.
  • Have been a go to Ambassador to other hotels within Hilton portfolio for novices to the Company and their position.
  • In 2023 - 2024, I onboarded two sister hotels during my tenure at Bonnet Creek; Casa Marina and The Reach Hotels - Key West, FL. Provided new luxury business programs and profitable accounts respectively.
