• Supervising and managing the field waterproofing inspections of two Inova hospitals in Fairfax county during the construction phase. Role includes budget management and preparation of invoices.

• Supervising and managing fenestration testing (ASTM & AAMA) for various projects notably for the Virginia Department of Forensic Sciences in Mechanicsville, VA and the Housing Opportunities Commission Senior Living property in Silver Spring, MD.

• Completed field inspections of the building envelope and roofing renovations for the Smithsonian National Air & Space Museum in Washington DC to fulfill Building Commissioning (BECx) requirements. Role included witnessing AAMA air leakage and water penetration tests and attending Cx meetings.

• Managing and supervising 3rd party Quality Assurance (QA) field inspections for the Owner’s representative for the below-grade waterproofing, building exterior air barrier systems, and roofing assemblies.

• Reviewing of field inspection reports and maintaining communication with the project leads of the General Contractor.

• Maintaining project budget funds, writing of change orders, and invoicing of services.

• Performed Infra-Red (IR) Thermographic Surveying of roof membrane systems.

• Drafted proposals and managed air leakage and water penetration field testing of fenestrations (AAMA).

• Involved in the field training of interns, new hires, and current field inspectors.

• Performed witnessing of flood testing of hot fluid applied waterproofing systems and electronic leak detection testing. Also performed sealant adhesion tests.

• Saudi Railways Organization (SRO), Dammam, Saudi Arabia Land Surveying Department Starting from March 2015 - December 2016
• Worked with SRO’s Land Surveying Department as part of a consultant team with Land surveyors. Reported directly to SRO’s Projects Planning Department.
• Coordinated with Land surveyors in the inspection and checking of all land owned by SRO both within the Railway system and outside.
