Enterprise Solution Architect - Healthcare project

The overall object of the healthcare domain project is to streamline system operations and eliminate redundancy in the multiple Admin and compliance reporting systems with different business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the solution architecture group.
• ETL SME between reporting and admin business applications/systems.
• Working with different business owners and leadership to reconcile Life practice admin systems with next generation platform and align various other business applications/systems with the new admin system.
• Come up with a technology/application roadmap and present to the client leadership.
• Managed the team throughout SDLC of ETL batch extracts from the new reporting System to the downstream systems. This was successfully delivered in less than 3 months. Managed a team size of 14.
• Lead throughout SDLC for all the non-functional requirements for the project.
• Lead the effort in design and successful implementation of the salesforce application to manage the reporting in Tableau.

Technology: .Net, XML,SQL, Jira, Microsoft Visio, Entra for identity managment, REST services, SSIS, Salesforce, Tableau.

Responsibilities:

• Guided team through technical obstacles with expertise of system details.
• Analyzed system performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
• Investigated software issues by troubleshooting and analyzing systems.
• Liaised with senior leadership to discuss project, operational, and strategy risks and opportunities.
• Performed troubleshooting of application issues reported by customers or users.
• Reviewed requirements documents for completeness and accuracy prior to implementation.
• Mentored junior developers in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, .Net, CSS3 and HTML5.
• Utilized source control systems such as Git and GitHub for versioning code changes.
• Participated in Agile Scrum meetings to review sprints progress and discuss blockers.
