  • Design and implement Cisco ACI Multisite Fabric across two data centers in an active-active state. Also using the ACI default blacklist model to implement L4 segmentation with the help of EPG, Contracts and filters
  • Designed and created a dedicated service block for the client environment with Nexus 9K switches and used VX-LAN to extend L2 across the data centers using multicast/anycast-gateway
  • Implemented the segmentation across the DTE network using Firewalls to protect all the data center infrastructure from user traffic and Implemented service graphs within the ACI fabric to implement L7 inspection via an external Palo Alto firewall for key and critical applications
  • Upgrading Infoblox DHCP/DNS Infrastructure from Trinzic TE-1405 to Trinzic IB-1415 and IB-1425 and implementing anycast DNS through BGP routing. Day to day maintenance through software upgrades and applying patches

  • Designed and Implemented Cisco Nexus 7K-5K-2K architecture in a HA pair across the data centers using VDC, VPC, OTV technologies and performed regular code upgrade using ISSU to mitigate any vulnerabilities. Implemented VPC best practices to configure high availability across access layer Nexus 5K-2K switches.
  • Extensively worked on creating new VLAN's to span across the data centers using OTV on Nexus 7K . Extensive knowledge on creating new VDC's across Nexus 7K to manage data center core and access layer using single switch.   • Extensively worked on field communication networks (FCN) to convert the old serial-based substation network into GOOSE (IEC 61850) supported IP based network with industrial hardened devices and multiple PDC design
