My duties were to quickly help in the overall management of a high volume of migrant travelers arriving to New York City
other humanitarian purposes at various locations. These locations included the Roosevelt Hotel, which is used as a migrant
residential facility. Other locations I have been assigned to assist with are the Candler Hotel, the Row Hotel, Upper East , I have also provided communicational assistance in the form of Spanish language verbatim translation, transcription, and document data analysis. My numerous services include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with crowd control of over 1000-2000 rotationally incoming foreign migrants being bussed in from the southern US border.
  • Collaborating with the US National Guard, US Army, and National Guard with supporting the Humanitarian Emergency Response & ReliefCenter’s (HERRC) efforts to provide shelter for over 115,000 individuals seeking humanitarian aid.
  • Assisting DocGo Supervisors with the timely execution of intake arrivals, data entry, crowd control, and taking on additional duties asneeded by each individual facility in which I am assigned throughout the City of New York.
  • Collaborating with translation and client directions or services in terms of Clinical Triage Services provided at the Roosevelt Hotel MigrantIntake Center.
  • Providing information and direction to Urgent Care services at the Roosevelt Hotel Migrant Intake Center located on the 2nd floor levelabove the Mezzanine.
  • Escorting migrants to their respective rooms after intake and registration while also directing them to childcare and nutritional services onthe main level of the Roosevelt hotel.
  • Facilitated problem resolution services through active Spanish language to English language communications to better ascertain level ofservices and overall urgency of humanitarian need.
  • Conducted check in and checkout services through HOST software programs which provided impeccable records keeping of all individualsarriving, leaving, or visiting as guests in all HERRC administered residential facilities.
  • Supporting reserve security services for all locations with respectful adherence to individual property, rights, company procedures, state, andfederal law enforcement protocols.
