I use various SAP functions to locate material to be keyed into the system for processing. I'm a support between various departments to help bridge things together, therefore ensuring material gets to the customer in a timely manner. In my current and previous title, I was trained by a Master Shipbuilder of 44 years. This has help me to establish close relationships and proximity to various departments and those who willingly shared their SAP knowledge with me. This has broadened my understanding of how warehouses function as a whole. I'm cross trained and can navigate on many levels. I'm able to research where the material is located ,the POC's and AOR's to engage for assistance and help to remove any hindrances that prevent me from pushing the material through the expediting process. I'm a very good communicator who makes sure to give updates to the customer through e-mail or by phone until completion. I love to learn new things and will work with anyone with integrity and a positive attitude.

I expedited material that was made emergent. I used various SAP functions to locate, tag needed material and communicate with the appropriate departments to process as soon as possible. Ensuring it would be processed and on to its next destination. I also researched using SAP functions to uncover various issues or anything that prevented material from being ordered and processed. I utilized Fedex, Mystic , A3 and many transportation sites to monitor incoming shipments that were urgently needed. Upon arrival, I check the paperwork and material for correctness and tagged them, signifying the urgency that was needed.

• Mainly focusing on transportation, safety and warehousing with excellent record retention.
• Operated forklifts and pallet jacks to transfer large products from one area of warehouse to another, allowing for easier accessibility.
