• Role Overview: As a key leader and stakeholder in the bank's consumer technology organization, I am responsible for defining the technology & data strategy for adoption by Consumer, Marketing, Cards, and Branch technology groups. Oversee architecture and external service providers, ensuring delivery and alignment with strategic OKRs from the Operating Committee. Plan and administer 150MM + yearly Budget
• Defined and implemented a comprehensive strategy for technology, data, and AI aligned with the LOB CEO's business objectives. The strategy considers the end-to-end growth, rationalization, modernization, risk remediation, and revenue generation.
• Consumer Data AI & Analytics: Data Science functions across Consumer Technology for driving insights, measuring and optimizing the value of our channels, attribution monitoring, and User experience enhancement.
• Consumer Products Engineering: Design, develop, and deploy unified data platforms for Data Products, Gen AI, and analytics capabilities to launch revenue-generating Consumer Products. Our goal is to create Consumer products that are optimized for Consumers, Cards, Lending, Marketing, Banker & Branch with Data Tools, Virtual Assistant Chabot, conversational AI and gen AI, analytics, and data products. Unified Data Capabilities include Self-healing Data pipelines, Data products with catalogue, Data quality and observability, and operational & analytical data utilities
• Design Authority: The Principal and Distinguished Engineers team, partnered with the Chief Architecture Group, oversee technology architecture alignment with enterprise standards, supervising quality and implementation of designs, and incorporating cloud and AIOps techniques into customer value delivering solutions. They also provide insights to business analysts and research teams.
• Consumer Data Management and Governance: Data Management Tools and Engineering functions responsible for ensuring consistent data sourcing, data quality, lineage and privacy, in alignment with regulatory, compliance and legal requirements

Role Overview: A key leader and stakeholder in the bank’s technology services organization, responsible for defining the technology strategy for adoption for various Domains, architecture groups, and external service providers. Transform operations to align with strategic OKRs from an enterprise and regulatory commitments. Plan and administer a $100M annual budget.

• Lead and manage the Technology Organization of Application, Data & Software Engineering, Product Development, Data stores and modern tools, Business Intelligence, Infrastructure, and IT Operations teams.
• Define and execute a comprehensive Enterprise Technology and Data strategy for ensuring alignment with Wells Fargo's LOB Domains and Sub-domains while considering the end-to-end regulatory and business commitments.
• Defined multi-year roadmaps and single and multi-tenant execution strategies for Technology across LOB aligning with key C-suite stakeholders with the following functions:

They are responsible for making technology choices, supervising the quality and implementation of designs, and developing high-performance, enterprise-scale applications, data frameworks, and platform services within the organization.
• Quality Engineering : Deployed Test Data and Data Pipeline testing tools to offer self-service capabilities to enable Data Teams to have Production Data in Lower Lanes, Synthetic Data Capabilities to minimize quality escapes in production. Launched Test Data Prime as a central place to cater all Test Data needs as a self-service and subscription model

Deployed Phoenix Operational Risk Management, an end-to-end integrated operational and IT risk management system used for management and measurement of operational risks. Improved ability to assess risks and controls within individual organizations, while designing action plans to address problem areas that “right size” necessary capital to address operational risk based on current and historical trend analysis.
