Roles And Responsibilities
Extract Transform and Load data from Sources Systems to Azure Data Storage services using a combination of Azure Data Factory, T-SQL, Spark SQL, and U-SQL Azure Data Lake Analytics. Data Ingestion to one or more Azure Services - (Azure Data Lake, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, Azure DW) and processing the data in In Azure Databricks. Created Pipelines in ADF using Linked Services/Datasets/Pipeline/ to Extract, Transform, and load data from various sources like Azure SQL, Blob storage, Azure SQL Data warehouse. Led the transformation of enormous amounts of data from variety of sources into searchable databases for customer access on timely basis consistently attaining 95-98% availability goal using PowerBI. Analyzed business requirements, facilitating planning and implementation phases of the OLAP and OLTP model in Team meetings. Responsible for estimating the cluster size, monitoring, and troubleshooting of the Spark Databricks cluster. Led and built ETL processes in Azure Data Factory (ADF) to integrate the clients existing and historical data set into the data mart. Build ETL and ELT processes for OLTP and OLAP workloads. Extensively used SSIS transformations such as Lookup, Derived column, Data conversion, Aggregate, Conditional split, SQL task, Script task and Send Mail task etc. Analyzed the data using serverless Spark pool using PySpark.
