KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible and accountable for the successful delivery of projects.
- Formulate and implement business plans in accordance with bank level strategy.
- Responsible for change delivery in line with business objectives.
- Achieve project milestones through regular cross-functional project meetings to review schedule, status, issues and to ensure conflict resolution and risk mitigation.
- Manage the daily/weekly project team assignments and monitor progress against the work plan.
- Act as bridge between business and technology for high quality delivery solutions that meet business goals and requirements.
- Completely in charge of Retail Digital initiatives of the bank.

- Take a lead role in designing and executing new feature launches.
- Manage multiple mid to large-scale projects ensuring that complete on time and within budget.

- Identify, evaluate and develop vendor options and suitability to perform, outsourced activities, projects and programs.
- Work in conjunction with the legal and sourcing to ensure compliance with legal and sourcing polices and to negotiate contracts and optimize external costs.
- Ensure vendor contracts are renewed and signed in a timely manner and manage vendor payments in association with finance to eliminate risk to the bank.
- Support vendor management and strategic sourcing process. Manage RFP activities and collaborate with vendors to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
- Prioritize customer needs and develop/manage product features that enhance the digital banking experience and encourage customer engagement.
- People management experience, including managing managers.
- Experience developing a roadmap and communicating a vision for new products and services
- Managing all new digital initiatives/developments of E- Banking
- Have worked on implementing and upgrading Online and Mobile Banking Platforms by having best UI/UX features
- Developing the branch banking transactions online STP and converting the traditional banking approach to online & E- Banking approach
- Developed E- Wallet projects with digital on-boarding of customers, trained customers and teams on new products
- Working on continuous enhancements of digital channels, by making business requirement document, market survey, analysis and conducting formal post implementation review
- Managing digital process from conception through to design and development
- Policies & Procedures: Recommends improvements to policies, process and procedures and ensures their proper implementation and adherence covering the areas of E banking activity so that all relevant procedural/regulatory requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost effective service to customers.
