My primary responsibilities included spearheading the creation and optimization of Azure pipelines and ensuring streamlined deployment and continuous integration processes. I managed and maintained Azure resources to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency. My role also involved utilizing Rapid7 Insight AppSec to identify, assess, and manage vulnerabilities in web applications, collaborating with development teams to implement security best practices and remediate identified vulnerabilities. Additionally, I automated server provisioning and configuration management, developed scripts to improve system efficiency and cost savings, and created a Jenkins CI/CD pipeline to enhance system reliability and uptime. I managed IIS configuration, including websites, virtual directories, and application pools, and implemented security measures to protect against malicious attacks, ensuring data privacy. My expertise extended to Microsoft products, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and .NET Framework, contributing to overall system performance and security.

I managed over 300 instances, addressing high-priority incidents using IBM Service Now and providing 24/7 on-call support. I deployed .NET and Java applications using TFS, Puppet, WebLogic, and Octopus and conducted regular server maintenance with SCCM and WSUS. I monitored server health with Nagios and SCOM, handled Active Directory management, and managed SSL certificates. Additionally, I gained experience with SQL job execution and backups, mentored new joiners, and collaborated effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
