I am a pre-medical student perusing a career in emergency medicine. After nearly two years as an EMT-1/Basic working in a busy 911/IFT system in Sacramento, Solano and Sonoma counties, I decided to transition to EMT-A/Advanced after attaining a newfound interest in rural EMS in California.
