Assistant Director -Leadership Development Program
Part of a fast-track, multi-phase leadership development program designed to cultivate key business and technical management skills. Through this program, I gained hands-on experience in team management, process optimization, compliance and safety protocols, and operational efficiency, all of which are critical in a Maintenance Manager role. As I advanced through the phases, I took on increasing responsibilities, contributing to the success of the business.
- Phase 1 (Brand Ambassador): Gained foundational knowledge in business operations, systems, and compliance. Demonstrated the ability to generate revenue while maintaining zero compliance issues.
- Phase 2 (Campaign Trainer): Managed a team of employees and ensured operational processes were efficient, meeting profitability and performance targets. Trained team members on compliance and operational best practices.
- Phase 3 (Senior Campaign Trainer): Oversaw payroll, scheduling, and team development, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Learned critical aspects of resource allocation and asset management.
- Phase 4 (Assistant Director): Currently managing overall office operations, focusing on profitability, system optimization, and compliance. Leading meetings and delegating tasks to ensure operational goals are met. Successfully ensured office profitability for two consecutive weeks, implementing continuous improvement practices that enhanced team performance.
Throughout all phases, I’ve focused on optimizing processes, ensuring compliance, and leading teams towards efficiency—skills that are directly transferable to overseeing plant maintenance, systems, and ensuring safety and compliance.
