Summary

Transformational CEO & Change Agent | Strategic Growth Leader | Building Stronger Organizations and Stronger Communities

I don’t just lead organizations; I transform them. Whether it’s taking a startup from concept to profitability, turning around a struggling nonprofit, or scaling a multimillion-dollar healthcare system, my focus is always the same: create a vision, build the right team, and execute with precision.

My journey has taken me from the boardrooms of major corporations to the front lines of community service. As CEO of Senior Living Concierge Services, I’ve built strategies that align ambition with reality—driving growth while maintaining the highest standards of care and integrity. As COO of a $17M healthcare system, I led over 200 employees, improved operational efficiency, and expanded services to better meet community needs. My work at the American Jazz Museum proved that, with the right leadership, cultural institutions can thrive both artistically and financially.

But my leadership doesn’t stop with the organizations I run. I’ve served on dozens of boards and advisory councils, influencing policy, shaping strategy, and building coalitions that bring lasting benefits to Kansas City and beyond. My experience spans healthcare, education, arts, and economic development, with one constant thread—using leadership as a tool for meaningful change.

I believe in leading from the front, making decisions with courage, and inspiring others to aim higher than they thought possible. For me, success isn’t just measured in numbers—it’s in the stronger teams, healthier communities, and lasting partnerships that remain long after the work is done.
