Responsibilities include, pressure washing exterior of buildings. Cleaning rooms as needed. Room inspections as needed. Painting parking lot lines. Performing various maintenance requests, Responsible for ensuring trash and other debris are removed from parking lots and breezeway's.

While at a full time status 2017 -2025 Responsibility's included cleaning all buildings, including floor cleaning with floor machine. changing light bulbs, pressure washing exterior of buildings. Communication with any vendors for scheduling routine maintenance. Painting and repairs of interior of all buildings. Plumbing and minor electrical. Trimming shrubs around exterior of buildings as well as weed spraying. (Audio video recording and streaming 2020- Present) Set up and breakdown for various services and events.

2025 - Present Cleaning all interior of buildings. Communication with vendors. Cleaning floors with floor machines. Set up and breakdown for various services and events. Plumbing and minor electrical.

Responsible's included cleaning offices restrooms showrooms customer seating areas operating forklift repairs to equipment when failures occurred.
