As a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner, I was responsible for:

• Gathering, designing and documenting detailed requirements, formulate use cases, provide status and ensure quality of solutions for LoanIQ product (digital mortgage platform) offered on the Connects website.
• Acting as the SME and as a primary contact for technology, reporting, system integration and process related analysis for LoanIQ product.
• Collaborate with other Product Managers to define Initiatives and Features and break down the features to User Stories and prioritize the Product Backlogs for LoanIQ product.
• Collaborating with the Scrum Team to define acceptance criteria for user stories, being available to the scrum team to answer questions about the Products by attending scrum ceremonies.
• Reviewing user stories to ensure all defined acceptance criteria has been met .

Harbor Health systems specializes in Outcome based network management using Identity management tools and provider benchmarking and scoring tools.

As a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner, I was responsible for:

• Using Agile software development methodology in defining the problem, gathering requirements, development iterations, business modeling and communicating with the technical team for development of the system.
• Responsible for documenting workflows and results of Business Analysis into Business Requirement Document (BRD) and obtaining sign-off from the client.
• Delivering use cases, process flows and wireframes for development as may be necessary.
• Creating user stories to assist with the development, defining the product backlog, prioritizing the user stories for the upcoming iterations and participating in daily scrum meetings.

• Worked on Vision Integration Platform (VIP) project focuses on implementation of VIP system which involves replacement of the Existing ACCENT system
• Extensively worked on ACCENT which is the primary system used by the Department of Human Services to determine eligibility for the State and Federal programs for Food Stamps, Medicaid/TennCare and Families First currently used by Tennessee State's public assistance programs.

• New Product launched for ‘Immediate Annuity for Group Customers'. Involved set up of necessary features in Portal, which is the Policy Issuance System used in SBI Life
