The application streamlines member account management, payment processing, and customer assistance within Sam's Club retail operations for Mexico market. MX Express Returns Mobile Application - Comprehensive cross-platform mobile application for Sam's Club to streamline the product returns process. The application enables customers and associates to process returns through a frictionless, omnichannel experience while maximizing business value retention for Sam's Club operations. Mobile application built for iOS devices with enterprise-grade security and performance optimization.

Roles and Responsibilities for Frontend Development

1) Automation & Testing: Configured Looper Pro jobs with PingFed credentials for automated test execution, implemented daily TestBurst report generation with Slack integration, and resolved SonarQube code coverage violations affecting DORA metrics

2) Enhancements & Development: Completed QR Code Scanner enhancement with screen-by-screen navigation flow during membership creation process

3) Deployment & Monitoring: Supported US Call Center deployments with EBF monitoring, configured Readiness/Liveness Probes for Gatekeeper, and resolved CI Static test policy integration issues

4) Support & Troubleshooting: Led Express Returns card testing sessions, troubleshot issues using Kubernetes orchestrator logs and iPA file management, and provided Call Center deployment support

5) Process & Collaboration: Contributed to CRQ processes for Cash Expansion rollouts and mentored team members on Express Membership automation testing workflows

Chennai, India - Till Mar' 2025

• Merch One International (Project 2)- Common merchandising platform where suppliers list items and products with detailed information of the item along with market relevant metrics. Migration of existing codebase from Angular JS into reusable React components. Leveraged Micro Front End architecture in integrating the application into Shell container.

• Audience Builder (Project 3) - Developed sophisticated, behavior-based groups of members and delivering targeted advertising campaigns to qualified members based on their interactions and demographics. Built using Next.js, React JS.

Played major roles in:

1) Developing React components from scratch and used standard coding processes like Modularity, Reusability, etc.

2) Configuring CI / CD pipelines for building, deploying the application in Kubernetes container.

3) Integrated SonarQube (Static code analyzer tool) to the Docker build pipeline which monitors the code coverage of developed components.

4) Implemented Server-Side rendering by leveraging Next.js core concepts, and its advanced features that enable reading runtime variables in client side.

• Academy App (Project 4) - Walmart web application that serves as a learning portal for the Walmart associates who can leverage the knowledge of various sections available in a store. Built using ReactJS and Node.js in Front End & backend.

1) Implemented query optimization and created reusable stored procedures in SQL Database which was utilized during API integration from NodeJS layer.

2) Involved as primary lead during production deployment and post successful release once validation is completed, sharing the key notes to the stakeholders.

3) Managing a team of 8 members by coordinating, collaborating and getting the tasks' status on regular basis.

4) Maintaining the overall billing timesheet for the offshore resources working as part of the engagement.

• Worked in two parallel projects LOMT in and HN Online as Technology lead. Developing and enhancing the requirements in application using React and Redux in Front End.
• Created a new user interface which communicates with other third-party applications.
• Developed reusable React components and implemented Redux (State Management tool) - maintaining a single store for the entire application and consuming the Redux thunk middleware for integrating asynchronous API operations.
• Created Test Suites to increase the coverage of the application.

• Developed Single Page Applications using Angular JS, HTML5 for MyVerizon: the digital self-service channels for wireless consumers catering to 100+ million customer base in postpaid and prepay segments (Telecom project) by analyzing the requirements that comes in the form of user stories from the business team.
• Identifying all the possible scenarios and designing the system that ensures all the requirements are captured.
• Played a vital role in migration of the application from Angular JS to React JS as a part of digital transformation.
