  • Responsible for analyzing, auditing, and correcting training pay. In addition, collect data and analyze workflows to guarantee all processes will be complete on time. Compile complex payroll data and interfaces with Crew Planning in the creation of decision support models and the automation of manual processes.
  • Answer calls to provides contract interpretations and pay calculations to Instructors, Pilots, and Check Pilots.
  • Verify and personally handle all aspects of crewmembers pay related to training to ensure accuracy of pay and respond to all questions including weekly & monthly audits.
  • Possess deep understanding of SWAPA and TWU-557 contracts relating to training pay.
  • Research all pay inquiries and understand all scheduling and bidding apps.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders and provide feedback for improvement for processes.
