• Make sure all equipment is ready for operations
• Check all engine fluids and visually inspect all components prior to startup procedure
• Ensure proper LOTO procedures are followed
• Look after all equipment by walking and visually inspecting equipment for leaks within the allowable areas or between stages
• Check and replace bearings and packing on auger systems
• Fill lube greasers after completion of each stage and make sure if properly functioning
• Prepare equipment and make required repairs for next stage
• Complete appropriate reports for each piece of equipment
• Assist in housekeeping of location and shop before leaving
• Remain on location until released by frac supervisor
• Keep an accurate count of parts and keep everything restocked
• Keep communication with my leads informing them of all issues pertaining to the job
• Keep the electronic technicians informed of all mechanical and electronic issues
