  • Successfully drilled 3-String vertical wells targeting the Wolf Camp formation with a TVD of 11,300’. Drilling out from surface 415’-5,000’ +/- with 9.5-10.5ppg Brine using an open pit system. After casing and cement we drill out Intermediate +/- 5,000-8,500’ with cut Brine 8.7-9.5ppg also using an open pit system. Displace with water based mud 8.7-9.2ppg at 8,500’-11,300’ +/- utilizing a closed pit system maintaining a water loss >5 to stabilize upper and lower Atoka shale’s.
  • · I achieved this by mentoring Driller’s to better utilize their EDS system and strengthening their understanding of proper hole cleaning while drilling with clear fluids.
  • · I successfully increased productivity and safety awareness by building and posting metrics targeting each crew’s strengths and weaknesses allowing them to see where they can improve. These were updated from well to well and the crew leading the pack for that month was rewarded with dinner.
