Preventive and predictive Maintenance of Facility and equipment, plumbing repairs, installation, maintenance of pumps, valves, heaters, dryers, blowers and building etc. Holds responsible for 24/7 accountability for operation and maintenance of the facility. Utilization of all available resources including manpower, machinery and budget to assure effective performance. Demonstrates interpersonal skills.

• Prepare preventive maintenance plans that are aligned with the organization's maintenance goals
• Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors and external vendors.
• Maintain records and files essential to maintenance department
• Service as a liaison between maintenance and operations
• Assist and support engineering manager
• Adjust schedules to account for emergency work
• Estimate cost of labor and parts for industrial equipment
• Responsible to determine work priorities and requirements through discussions with various departments and contractors
• Work closely with technicians, engineers, operations and managers to establish a schedule of proactive maintenance activities in a timely manner
• Monitors work performance of staff, completes evaluations in a timely manner according to facility practices
• create procedural manuals that explain how to do certain tasks
• create maintenance schedules and generate work orders
• Review drawings and technical documentation
• Coordinate Engineering activities to support maintenance areas in implementation of Equipment modifications and/or improvements, including technical analysis, proposals and alternatives evaluation, cost estimates, diligence, factory testing and commissioning
• Observe safety, review accident/incident reports and assist in investigations as required
• Equipment health of Rotational equipment, such as mechanical power transmission, drive shafts, bearings, couplings, Hydraulic systems and Pneumatics i.e., cylinders, valves, piping, hose connections, filtration, steam boilers, air compressors, vacuum pumps, air handling units, heat exchangers and associated equipment.
• Lubrication systems, such as centralized oil and grease systems, lubrication practices
• Responsible for providing safe, effective highest quality, reliable, efficient process and services.

• Responsible for organizing, planning, managing construction of structures, Synthetic Fiber machinery installation as per construction drawings, meeting required tolerance limits and assembly of production lines
• Completed international projects in Turkey, Nigeria, India and independently controlled site engineering activities to maintain work standards, adhere to timelines and meet quality, safety, efficient process and reliability assurance targets.
• Trained team of mechanics, foremen and support staff at the time of project installation, commissioning, trouble shooting of synthetic fiber manufacturing machinery which includes extruders, manifolds, polymer pumps, pump blocks, spinning beams, quenching units, automated winders, and associated machines.
• Received appreciation letter from Turkey's leading synthetic fiber manufacturing company and Nova Petrochemicals for fast start up of the project.
