    effectiveness and improvement for major depot level disassembly, repair and reassembly of the Navy’s F-18 Super Hornet aircraft. Measures, analyzes, and improves F-18 repair/manufacturing processes, equipment and facilities using LEAN and Theory of Constraints (TOC) techniques. Monitors Cost/Schedule Data Reports, Work Breakdown Structures, Bill of Materials, and Work Documents to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Manages Facility requirements and initiates all Facility Work Orders for program occupied facilities. Utilizing project management software (Concerto) for the F-18 E/F Program at Cecil Airport.
