• Operate brewhouse equipment, including mash tun, lauter, kettle, and whirlpool.
• Weigh, mill, and mix ingredients (malt, hops, water, etc.) according to recipe specifications.
• Monitor fermentation and temperature controls, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain brewing vessels, hoses, tanks, and valves.
• Accurately record data such as batch times, gravities, temperatures, and volumes.
• Collaborate with the cellaring and packaging team to ensure a smooth workflow.

• Perform routine quality checks, and adjust processes as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues quickly and efficiently.

• Put together stands of drill pipe to put in hole to keep drilling
• Work on broken equipment

• Follow higher ups around to help them work so I can learn there job to move up

Inspect railcars for damage, wear, or safety issues using visual and mechanical tools.

Repair or replace damaged components such as brakes, wheels, couplers, valves, and structural parts.

Perform welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication work as needed.

Operate pneumatic and hydraulic tools to disassemble and reassemble rail car parts.

Ensure all repairs meet AAR (Association of American Railroads) and FRA (Federal Railroad Administration) standards.

Follow strict safety procedures when working around heavy equipment and moving trains.

• I would put together stands of pipe to put in the hole to drill
• Maintain floor equipment to be sure it was properly working at all times
• Work on things that broke around the rig
• I would scrub and clean and help others to learn other job to further my career

• I was involved with the critical lifting of tubulars and anything else considered critical
• I would cut out laser etched metal with a big torch for the tubulars

• I would weld new frames together for rent a center and other businesses
• I would weld bulk heads for flat op trucks
• Put together new boards on flat trucks

• I went thru welding school directly thru company for horizontal, vertical and overhead welding
• I would repair any broken or damaged rail cars.
• I would put on new parts if it was to damaged.
• Got laid off due to lack of work in company laid off 100 people I was one of the newest there it went by senority.

• Pipe line from one location to another
• Roustabout for tank batteries
• Rig up lines from tanks to heater treaters and any other equipment on location

• I would lay down metal piping for water transfer, I would sit on the tanks and keep the tanks level making sure the water level would not drop to low or over flood to efficiently do my job.

• I built sheet metal buildings from the ground up, I operated the heavy duty forklift an scissor lift
• I put up the iron for the building and would communicate with the foreman on our progress
