Responsibilities

. Purchase and sell vehicles at wholesales prices.

. Attend auto auctions and evaluate vehicle values.

. Build relationships and dealership and fleet buyers.

. Negotiate vehicle pricing and contracts

. Coordinate vehicle transportation and inventory transfers

. Maintain sales records and reports .

Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills

Knowledge of vehicle makes , models , and market values.

Ability to analyze pricing and profitability

. Customer service and relationship building skills

. Basic computer and record -keeping skills

• Landscaping and cultivating yards gardens lawns. also pressure washing fencing mulching and tree stump removal.
• Assist with irrigation and drainage system
• Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers , blowers and edgers

Skills: ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Physical strength and stamina.

.Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment

• Operating a 26 ft box truck to haul loads of various materials

• Operation of CNC Machinery – including lathes, machining centres and multi-axis machines
• Production of precision measuring equipment and tooling
• Inspection of own work including first off and subsequent quality inspection
• Maintaining quality and safety standards throughout production
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working area
• Observing the company Health and Safety policy
• Observing the company Environmental policy

• Stocking supplies and taking count of inventory.

• Trouble shoot any technical difficulties with equipment. Sell services also upgrade customers and make them aware of the best opportunities within company services.
