Yearly soccer summer camp one week in June. Fostered player growth in youth athletes by providing the skills needed to get to the next level. Collaborated with parents and guardians to ensure safety, comfortability, and trust. Promoted good sportsmanship and a positive team environment. Provided constructive feedback to players on their performance, focusing on areas for improvement while also acknowledging strengths. Adapted coaching style based on individual learning styles of players and age groups.

Lead the team on and off the field to ensure success and satisfaction within the women's team. Lead female athletes through internal conflict to ensure professional and personal growth. Collaborated with the coach and players to assess and implement strategic plans in order to accomplish the team goals, and retention amongst players. Planned activities that aligned with the university's goals, mission and vision. Fostered player growth by providing athletic planning for women soccer players at SEU. Assisted in the recruitment and enrollment of female players to SEU.
