• Blood Pressure : Blood pressure were checked for each women police through BP apparatus.
• Pulse Rate:Pulse rate were noted down before and after the police women's physical exercise.
• Body mass index : BMI was calculated by measuring the height and weight of the women police.
• Nutrition Intake: Daily Dietary intake was assessed through questionnaire
