- Serve with other thought leaders on senior leadership team responsible for advancing the school's strategic plan and mission.
- Lead 12 teaching artists and oversee the vision, direction and logistics of all fine arts programming and curriculum for grades EC-12.
- Oversee the new Academy of the Arts at Canterbury School designed and implemented by the Fine Arts Team.
- Leverage professional networks and industry knowledge to provide exceptional opportunities for students through visiting artists and real-world internships.
- Plan and budget accurately to provide faculty and students with appropriate resources.
- Resolve staff member conflicts, actively listening with empathy to concerns and finding appropriate middle ground.
- Remain composed and professional in fast-paced and fluid workplace, effectively handling challenging situations and competing interests to achieve objectives.
- Working with team to finalize move into a brand new Fine Arts Center.
