Throughout my nearly twelve year tenure in the National Guard, I have spent eight of those years with the 19th Special Forces Group (Airborne). In my time there I have deployed thrice, earning an ARCOM for the first as an E4 acting as the only administrator to 96 Soldiers, a JSAM for the second, acting as the Awards Custodian, Passport Manager and Unit Administrator to over 150 Soldiers across three Branches of service, and an ARCOM for the third, acting as the sole S-1 NCO to over 3000 Soldiers in a Task Force spanning over 15 Countries.
In between my mobilizations I have directly ran or supported every company within the 19th Special Forces Group, both forward and rear. My additional duties have included Line of Duty and Medical Programs Manager, Retention NCO, Mail Clerk, Unit Prevention Leader and Bus Driver for the Group.
Provided and disseminated personalized content for over 200 clients across 3 separate Social Media Platforms

Acted as the Training NCO for the GSB 1/19SFG(A) A Co., servicing approximately 150 Soldiers during a time of complete turnover in fulltime manning.
Supervised 2 Soldiers, training them "From Street to Seat" to act as a Unit Administrator and a Readiness NCO while in the position of Training NCO, a task generally reserved for an E-7
Managed training policy, guidance and execution for both IDT periods, Annual Training and ATRRS courses, ensuring Unit Readiness and MOS enhancement across the Company.
Simultaneously acted as the Unit Administrator, processing Pay, Line of Duty Processing, Awards Processes, EPS Execution and more.
Acted as the PSNCO across the 19th Special Forces Group ARSOTF, a unique Battalion structure that functions without a O-5, thus creating challenges unique to it as well.
Supervised three Company UAs, ensuring they perform as Company Human Resources Sergeants; advise Company Leadership on personnel administrative and medical readiness; generate, maintain and update reportable Company administrative metrics;are responsible for collecting and loading Line of Duty documentation for processing; monitor, prepare, and process requests for Promotions, Extensions, Transfers, and Separations; ensure military pay processing and submit inquiries and corrections as needed; prepare and monitor bonus contracts and processing; receive and process data entry transactions for all administrative personnel systems; responsible for the combat readiness, accountability, morale and welfare of their five junior Soldiers.
Maintains currency and performs duties as a USASOC Jumpmaster, ensuring the MACOMs Airborne program requirements are met and that the Soldier's Incentive pay is maintained through currency.
Additionally, acts as the Groups Medical Programs and Line of Duty subject matter expert, providing both training and continuous assistance across the three Battalion level elements that comprise the 19th Special Forces Group on a daily basis.

Increased Company deployable strength from 80% to 120% within two quarters, ensuring the Company was prepared to deploy.
Managed the Battalion LOD and MMSO processing, acting as the subject matter expert within the Group. Trained seven individuals on LOD and MMSO processing through MEDCHART.
Acted as the sole Task Force 10.1 S-1 NCO, filling the role as the senior administrative NCO at the Headquarters of the Task Force, a Command spanning nearly 20 countries with upwards of 3000 soldiers across the AOR reported at a time through both daily PERSTATS and PERSTEMPO reports through Defence Ready.
Processed over 300 638 submissions, to include a Legion Of Merit and 7 Meritorious Service Medals.
Processed 12 LODs forward, independently processing the requests through MEDCHART to provide the Task Force's Soldiers with the continuity of care they needed to transition after their rotation.
Managed PERSTAT and PERSTEMPO reporting requirements across three channels: The 19th Special Forces Group rear detachment, the 10th Special Forces Group Command and the United States Army Europe.
Processed over 10 million dollars through the DTS System, ensuring travel through the AO could proceed without delay.
Acted as the Unit Administrator for the 1/19 SFG(A) BSC and HHD, servicing approximately 130 Soldiers during a time of significant change in manning.
Managed administrative readiness for the company without a Training or Readiness NCO for three months, maintaining no-fail administrative requirements to include: Pay, Line of Duty Processing, TRICARE Management and EPS processing.
Acted as the Line of Duty manager for First Battalion, processing over 60 LODs and acting as the Subject Matter Expert, training three new Unit Administrators in order to enable their internal LOD process.

Acted as the Awards NCO and administrative liaison for the Joint Special Operations Task Force - Arabian Peninsula J-1, managing award access requests (both 638 and CC-25 for Joint Awards through the Naval Command), Passport processing for over 7 countries within the JSOTF AOR, and critical personnel services (TRICARE Deficiencies, Red Cross Messaging, LODs).

Acted as the sole Human Resources Specialist to Advanced Operating Base 9130 while deployed forward in support of Special Operations Command Korea, performing regular S-1 functions while also fulfilling additional requirements imposed by higher headquarters both in theater and rearward.
Additionally, managed the access request process for the Korean instillation AOB 9130 operated from, maintaining over 115 requests within the AOB and an additional 60 in support of 1st Battalion 19th Special Forces Group (Airborne)'s Annual Training in the area at the same time.
