- Managed multiple evolutions of technical refreshes for the JTEN network; This involved working with COCOMs and Services, DISA, and local engineers to set installation schedules, plan shipments, coordinate travel, track network equipment, and provide all Test Reports, installation drawings and logistics documentation as required
- Serves as a Subject Matter Expert on telecommunications connectivity and ensures a professional working relationship is sustained between JS J7 engineering, DISA, commercial vendors, and tenant commands for provisioning new and upgraded circuits.

- Responsible for coordinating with Senior personnel globally to maintain the JTEN Site Agreement Letter that ensures the remote JTEN sites compliance with Joint Staff Cyber Security, COMSEC and equipment accountability policies.
- IT Hand Receipt Holder (HRH) requirements tracking over 200 assets at forty remote JTEN nodes and over 2000 assets at the Joint Staff Suffolk facility
