Been in solar 4 to 5 yrs have always been in charge of my own. Know the job,am good at it. I am brutally honest hard working, dependable, trust worthy and I have common sense to go along with it. I keep my head about me at all time, not scared of hard work and what comes with it. Very mindfull of not only my safety, but all of the workers around me wether they are on my crew or not. I am not a overbearing forman but will push to get required tasks done when it is expected to be, when necessary will jump in myself to keep crew motivated and pushing forward.
and Qc fix, know how to do the counts
concerning how much material we will
need, how much we use,and what we
will need to finish.
As forman i was responsible for
roughly 40 to 50 people from the time
they clocked in till they clocked out.
Some of my duties were morning
meeting,making sure everyone got
to there assigned spots safely with
all the necessary PPE,and proper
working tools to do the job. Daily
people,and equipment audits,what
everyone accomplished with there
assigned tasks for that day,all the
paper work that would get turned in,
pre tasks,jhas,audits of employees
and equipment,heat illness and
prevention forms for saftey,
