  • Supervise, plan and schedule all aspects of the daily landfill operations.
  • Responsible for developing the landfill CIP plan, budgeting, allocation of funds along with monitoring landfill expenditures to stay within the annual budget.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Fleet Services and other departments or vendors to acquire the appropriate equipment and supplies for the landfill operations. I coordinate with the Fleet Services department writing specifications for new machinery and vehicles.

  • Supervise Construction projects and the BMR operations in the absence of the other supervisors.
  • Investigate accidents by taking pictures, getting statements from employees and fill out the accident report when the investigation is complete.
