Started out as a Federal Projects Manager and was promoted to Field Operations Manager after 18 months. Supervised and led the Project Management team for 3 years and was promoted to VP of Pre-construction Services where I lead the design, estimating and business development groups with a heavy emphasis on the Federal Market.
Led Federal construction team in acquiring, negotiating and performing sole source negotiated projects for select Native American owned Tribal 8a companies. Duties included developing relationships with US Army Corps of Engineers to facilitate the selection of partners for sole source awards. Enabled our Tribal Partner to have the Ft.Lee TA-5 Site Project to be selected as the civil project of the year by the USACE.

Led a construction team in the pursuit of Federal sole sourced negotiated projects as a Native American Owned Tribal 8a company. Took company from $5m million annually to $80m annually in 2 years.

Included being the liaison between JMC and Chickasaw Nation Industries and managing large sole source negotiated projects for the US Army Corps of Engineers.
