• Performs electrical aspects of construction and renovation work to include the installation, assembly, modification, repair, and the maintaining of routine and standard electrical lines, circuits, multiphase systems, solid-state circuits and associated fixtures, controls, and equipment to include appliances in both historic and modern structures while ensuring compliance with current electrical codes.
• Possess the ability to work independently from building plans, blueprints, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and electrical maintenance and repair manuals in addition to installing and repairing equipment without original schematics because of the age of the facility.

• Proficient in the Interpretation and application of the National Electrical Code, local codes, building plans, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings, and uses trade formulas to calculate common properties. In addition, follow established safety practices of the trade.
• Troubleshoots, repairs, installs, and maintains complex electrical and electronic systems and equipment to include but not limited to electronic ballasts, dimmer panels, automatic transfer switches, motor control centers, transformers, high-intensity lighting systems, instruction detection alarms, fire alarm systems, emergency systems, and secondary power distribution lines. Proficient in the ability to trace and troubleshoot hard-to-locate defects.
• Served as Foreman on multiple large-scale and complex electrical construction and renovation projects, providing technical oversight and leadership to crews of electricians and apprentices.
• Ability to Measure, cut, threaded, assembled, and installed conduits to include EMT, IMC, RMC, and PC.
• Collaborates with contractors, engineers, and project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope.
