Emergency medical response at shows, concerts, raves, musicals, festivals, fairs, and more at several venues in Kansas and Missouri. Roles and responsibilities include:

• Stage and dispatch out for calls at events working in coordination with event staff, security, fire and law enforcement.
• Assessment and treatment of medical and traumatic conditions of patients in often chaotic pre-hospital settings.
• Maintaining levelheadedness and efficacy in high-pressure situations, effectively prioritizing tasks in order to provide the best care possible.
• Follow all local, state, and federal regulations governing EMS through adherence to policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Maintains accurate patient records and documentation of interventions
• Conduct patient intake and triage procedure
• Efficiently assessing and addressing medical emergencies in high-pressure situations.
• Support a positive patient outcome through effective communication with responding EMS regarding patient history and treatment plans.
• Work shifts both independently and with other KC Medical staff

A seasonal contracted position as an Onsite Medical Representative that would serve as first-aid within the building, ensure safety protocol compliance, take on projects/action items to reduce incident rates, and keep records of audits, inspections, and medical documentation. Roles and responsibilities included:

• Respond promptly to onsite emergencies, providing skilled first aid treatment and coordinating additional support when necessary.
