To be transparent, I felt it necessary to only have La Mondina on my resume. I have been in the industry since the age of 14 and am now 27. I have worked every position in the restaurant industry and have a very deep understanding of not just on the surface level but also in regards to what it takes to own one. My family owned a restaurant which is how i started my journey and at La Mondina I operated side by side with the Owner learning every detail of what it takes behind the scenes (financially) to run a restaurant. I truly believe I have a uniqueness that will not only help a restaurant thrive but bring new and refreshing ideas to wherever I go. I also believe as GM it is my responsibility to ensure my employer + employees thrive collectively. I started as a server/bartender at age 22 in La Mondina and in very quick timing moved up to GM and i now feel that I have learned all i can and need to find more growth on a new adventure.
