*Plan approved project , create schedules and execute. Create requisitions and order all materials and services pertaining to each project.

* Create Hvac & sheet metal estimates for SHELL and clients, for remodels / renovations, modification and new installations.

*Lead Project, Manage men and hours to maintain schedules.

*Installation of HVAC equipments, ductwork and any custom fittings.

*Layouts and fabrication of custom and standard sheet metal fittings, use all sheet metal equipments.

*Observed safety practices and procedures to maintain safe and clean working environment.

* Create permits and ICC for Lock outs for each project tasks.

* Installation of duct work in new and remodeled construction sites.

* Manage men and hours on job site.

* Ensure job stays on schedule or ahead of schedule.

* Ordering of materials, and receiving.

* Design and create cut sheets for sheet metal / ductwork. Also assistance to engineer / draftsman in designing ducting paths, elevations in remodel buildings.

* Weld black iron ducting, fume hoods connections, Stainless steel and Galvanize. Using a MIG welder with gasses, in the field.
