As a semi-retired Contractor, i have worked as a construction consultant for the following entities:

• Realtors; assessing residential property renovation needs including repossessed homes, investment properties and new construction costs assessment
• Investment entrepreneur firms to assess risk in commercial acquisition
• Homeowners with remodel design, permitting process and project management
• Property maintenence and management

Worked various shifts at the Orange Home Depot as a plumbing associate.

I helped customers find plumbing products, which ranged from tools and parts to finish products such as faucets and cabinets.

I restocked and inventoried merchandise, and at the beginning of shifts, was responsible for conducting a safety check.

Throughout the shift, I was tasked with maintaining a safe , clean and inviting work area.

• Coordinate materials and labor to optimize project resources

Recruited by DeLaSecura Builders, a smaller sized commercial tenant improvement company, as a demolition specialist and job site material delivery driver, my responsibilities included:

• preparing commercial tenant properties for remodel work by removing existing walls, ceilings, floors, electrical structures and HVAC work
• Delivering materials to remodel commercial tenant properties and removing for disposal existing materials
