Job entailed creative design, metal fabrication, managing metal fabricators, sub contractors and vendors, email marketing, print advertising, staging trade shows, public speaking, customer interaction, cross-country transportation, delivery and installation of large and small scale fountains using 2 ton trucks and box trailers

• Managed multiple sculpture projects concurrently while maintaining strict deadlines and high-quality results.
• Staged a a winter holiday sculpture show called "Toyland Village, Through a Child's Eye". Incorporating 65 displays incorporating led lights illuminating children themed displays.
• Purchased, fabricated, maintained, transported and stored 65 large scale led light displays.
• Managed transport and installation crews
• Received Commendations from Seattle Mayor's Office and the Downtown Seattle Association.
• Developed unique concepts for sculptures that resonated with clients'' visions, leading to successful project completion.

• Worked closely with organizational leadership and board of directors to guide operational strategy. While maintaining positive relationships with the Seattle Art Museum, Benaroya Hall (Home of the Seattle Symphony) Harbor Steps neighborhood association and individual property owners
• Forged strong relationships with over 125 local sculptors, artists and their families, providing regular updates on organizational progress and soliciting their expertise when needed.
• Interacted and managed relationships with, journalists, gallery owners and sponsors.
• Worked with board members, participating artists, sponsors and graphic designers to produce an annual printed catalog
• Promoted and staged an annual fund-raising party and art auction each year at the end of that year's exhibition
• Oversaw financial management, ensuring fiscal responsibility and long-term sustainability for the organization.
• Guided staff through periods of organizational change, maintaining morale and engagement during transitions.
