Randy Brown

I am a motivated Police Sergeant seeking to advance my career as Police Lieutenant. I have been in law enforcement for 16 years and I have worked in various demographics. Demographics such as a city patrol officer and a college patrol officer. During my time I have gained experience in local, state, and federal legal statues. My communication, de-escalation and people skills have served me well with the public and with my agency to carry out my professional duties. In addition, to respond to situations such as calls for service or administrative duties, my experience has guided me to make good decisions where I was able to serve my agencies mission. Below I have outlined my qualifications for this important job. Lastly I want add, if given this opportunity it won't be a gift or a Christmas present to me personally.
