A decisive Production Supervisor skilled at identifying measures to improve production efficiency. Consistently achieved inventory goals and maintained minimal downtime for production lines. Indium has been the only company I've ever known and want to continue my growth with a focus on lean manufacturing and using data analysis to recommend process improvements and change.
Planning and scheduling the Fabrication part of the VFCP cell and managing the employees that come with it. Responsible for meeting OTD goals in my area, maintaining an inventory that meets company standards, and closing jobs to make sure there is no unaccounted material in the factory.
As a group leader I was mostly responsible for cross-referencing, jobs to close (both closing and finding issues with BOMs), and production scheduling. Most of the skills I've learned here during my time as a group leader. Had 3 different supervisors and maintained a good relationship with all of them.
Skills learned: Cross-referencing, navigation of new and old Syteline, deep dives of BOMs and RTP transactions and how they work and effect on jobs to close.
Punch press operator Pb/PbFree 3rd shift. Was one of the top performing operator's on third shift even without supervision most of the time. I was a self-starter that just wanted to get as much as I could done. Ran multiple presses with little to no quality issues (that I knew of)
