Typical day is working 10-12hrs from 9am to 8pm. Saturdays 4am to 3pm. (Times vary as I cannot leave until last truck is parked)


  • Monitor & Dispatch 60+ routes & drivers
  • Ensure the following of Safety and DOT regulations (Straps and other mandatory vehicle equipment)
  • Monitor driver Cameras, Fuel levels & Idle times
  • Scan next day moves for accuracy and route accordingly
  • Followup on all complaints / property damage issues.
  • Balance and order office supplies as necessary using 3rd party vendors. Invoicing and following up with payment processors (Coupa)
  • Dumpster inventory management (organization of 3rd party flatbed trucks to move inventory from as south as Naples, FL to as far as Sarasota, FL.
  • Answer over 150-200 inbound phone calls daily.
  • Manage driver on-duty hours to comply with DOT regulations.
  • Train drivers on use of our TMS and inspection software. (Samsara & Lytx)
  • Setup, deploy and manage the use of over 100 samsung tablets, scheduling repairs or replacements, managing the setup process from start to finish.
  • Assisting management and supervisors when necessary with any special requests.
  • Reporting to maintenance with equipment issues/failures for timely repairs whether at one of our multiple facilities or dispatch for roadside repairs.
  • Arrange clean up of oil spills and follow up scheduling of clean up services to manage stains / follow EPA regulations.
  • Ensuring drivers have proper PPE and ordering Uniforms when necessary.
  • Ensuring drivers are on time to work and reporting directly to the CEO when all drivers have arrived for work and once all are parked for the day.
