load programs and adjust accordingly through files, tool management, pallet set up and probing offset, tool wear offsetting, replacing broken tools and fixtures as needed take care of general maintenance on machines know how to go into maintenance modes and screens to reference out tool changers and machine restarts,

Manual milling,

read blueprints, mill parts to print specifications, slotting, drilling, boring holes

Lathe operator

Turn parts to blue print using generated program from pre made programs

Check and measure parts when finished make offset adjustments to bring parts into tolerances for production turn parts manually on Cnc lathe tool touch offs

Saw operator,

measure material coming in from shipping, manage of order cutting, setup cutting lengths, cut and measure parts according to sizes needed and move to next department

Team lead

Make sure orders are being ran according to schedule, fill out end of day reports, manage employees to make sure everyone is on track with the order schedule, scrap reports, fill in when employees are out for vacation in various departments, helping employees where needed to reset and restart Cnc machines
