I was the PeopleSoft HR production support "principle technical lead" for CBRE in Dallas.
I designed, developed, and maintained Peoplesoft HR. I am a certified PeopleSoft Developer. I led a domestic & international team of developers. My production support team managed and updated the application. During my six plus years at CBRE my team & others took the HR system from only US & Canadian - to, Global.
I co-authored the CBRE development standards document for all PSHR developers to follow.

Designed, developed, tested, and implemented PeopleSoft customizations which allowed DynCorp to Recruit and Track personnel in the Afghan war zone. The recruitment process was very complicated and was used by DynCorp recruiters around the world.
I designed developed and implemented several HR outbound benefits interfaces.
As an independent consultant I led a team of 15-20 developers in a very successful PeopleSoft HR upgrade project. The Robert Half upgrade project was from version 7 to version 9. PeopleSoft did not have a migration script to perform the upgrade.
All the version 7 customizations had to be manually reapplied to the newly installed version 9.
RHI had over 300 custom HR programs/processes/interfaces to upgrade. We didn't miss a thing! The project completed on-time and within budget.
