I was offered the District manager position in March of 2012 to move to Washington to take over two branches that were failing and had severe engagement and internal issues. The Waggle results are now in the top 90% for the company.

Brought the branches total sales from 3 million in FY12 to 21.6 million in FY22.

Opened a new branch in Wenatchee in June of 2019 and the branch has been successful growing each year until this year due to the recession. We are currently working to get the building built to expand acreage from 1 to 2.

I started working for the company in November 1983 as a warehouse supervisor and worked into the estimating position. I then moved into the outside sales representative position until I was promoted to the Branch manger position in January 1996.
