Responsibilities included but not limited to working with sub contractors to get the job finished that was three months behind. Make sure that the fire walls were up to code. Helped with quality control and complete punch list while using Vela / Autodesk BIM 360.
Golisano Children's Hospital, 150 million dollar project.
Responsibilities included but not limited to interior build out of existing hospital. Maintaining all ICRAS. Coordinating with owner furnished equipment. Ordering supplies needed for the job. Working with project manager to understand billing and costs. Using Vela / Autodesk BIM 360 for all punch lists and Docupro for document control.

Cooper City High School, 3.25 Million dollar project
Responsibilities included but not limited to HVAC and re-roof project that was completed in four months on existing and occupied school. I worked with the owner and faculty to close out the existing punch list and get outstanding issues completed.
1.Sarasota Memorial Hospital- Bed Tower, 160 Million dollar project. New bed tower and CEP.
2. Vertical Expansion Surgery Center, completed 16 Million dollars of 160 Million dollar contract.
(Which included a three-stroy addition on top of the existing fourth floor Critical Care Tower Roof. Added new pre / post operation suite, four operating rooms, staff areas, decontamination / sterile processing floor, dialysis suite, mechanical floor, and new elevator cab in existing shaft.)
Responsibilities were but not limited to exterior envelope including precast, windows, stucco, and roofing. Interior build out and coordinating with owner furnished equipment. Install of traction and hydraulic elevators. Maintaining all warranty work for the last four projects on this campus. Using Vela / Autodesk BIM360, Working hand in hand with fully functioning hospital while making multiple tie-ins and connections throughout.
Aqualea Resort Hyatt Hotel High-rise, 100 Million dollar project. Responsibilities included but not limited to managing the high-end lobbies, galleries, meeting rooms, ballroom, banquet kitchen, restaurant, bar, back of house employee support room, admin offices, and parking garage from leves one to eight. Assisted in the owner start up and takeover.
Signature Place High-rise Condominiums, 120 Million dollar project.
Responsibilities included but not limited to assisting and completing the installation and turn-over of the high-rise elevators, 30k sq ft of amenities deck with a pool on the sixth floor, fitness room, clubhouse suite, party room suite, six story waterfall feature. Completing punch work until the owner took occupancy.
Responsibilities included but not limited were, onsite concrete placement while operating boom, trailer pump, or placing boom. Use of diesel powered and electric pumps and self jacking placement booms. Placed concrete from Jacksonville to Naples daily.
