Senior Mechanical Engineer

Read Group US
Houston
01.2011 - 07.2012
  • Mechanical Designer of PerForM; it is a flexible tool for integrating seismic and production measurements, with power and data transmission via a common cable. Signal transmission is fiber optic and redundant, allowing integration of seismic nodes (3C or 4C) with pressure, temperature, and other measurements. Generally used in a deep-well, sub-sea environment. Did field service work with wireline fracture monitoring and sub-seismic recording for geophysicist reports? Was responsible for wellhead integration and deployment of seismic nodes to depths greater than 12,000 feet. Used these deep-sea monitoring systems to evaluate high-pressure fracture processes in existing oil fields.
