I was in the marine business for 16 years and work from the bottom all the way up to make sure everything ran smooth as it should. I take pride in knowing every aspect of the marine industry that make it easy for me in communication from the beginning to the end of customer satisfaction and build.
I have been an independent buisness owner of Matco tools for the last 9 years selling tools and specialty equipment to shops and managing day to day operations in sales, reordering, and daily closeouts from customer payments to day to day operations
I started working for Danos in 2005 as a mechanic. As time evolved I worked my way up to sales and parts and service director. I carried operations for day to day working with boat builders, insurance companies, and general communications thru out the company and still maintaining in every dept continuing what I did from day 1 when I started.
I started with Dougs shortly after graduating from High School in 1998. When I was hired there I was a boat set up person to mechanics. worked on setting up new boats and service on customer owned product.
In my 9 years of owning the franchise for matco tools I have learned business management, cashflow, inventory control, and day to day projections and expenditures
While with matco I achieved top 200 awards 3 times in the years I ran with the company out of 1900 other distributors thru out the usa and canada. I also achieved may top distributor awards from my district in the time i ran with the company.
